8.46-acre partial with a view of Acton. This parcel has plenty of room a house, gardens, storage sheds and farm animals. It is located in the LA County Water District. A water meter has been already paid for according to the owner but it was not been installed because there was no house location at the time. The Water District assigned the street number 4090 to the parcel but it does not appear in any of the county documents although GPS uses it. Clair Ridge Dr. crosses the parcel. There is room on Clair Ridge to drive up to the parking area and turn around and walk up the hill to see the upper portion of the parcel. The property is located away from the center of Acton and still a few minutes away from the business district. Acton has grocery stores, pharmacies, ACE Hardware, the county park, library and many smaller stores. Acton is an active community for all age groups.
